AZUR FRAGANCES, a company registered at the RCS (Registre du Commerce et des Sociétés) of Cannes under the number 312 300 759, on August 26, 1983. AZUR FRAGRANCES is a company specialized in the creation and manufacturing of quality fragrances. The head office is located PAC  de l’Argile lot 13 – 06370 Mouans-Sartoux – France.

As part of its activity, AZUR FRAGANCES processes the personal data of its customers, suppliers and subcontractors, as well as those of its employees (employees, service providers, etc…).

Whether or not the data is collected within a contractual framework, consent must be given, specific, opened  and unambiguous. The data is treated only by persons authorized to do so, for defined purposes, and only  when necessary.

Personal data which has been specifically collected shall be kept for no longer than is necessary.

Once this have been achieved, the data is either deleted or depersonalized. In some cases, they may be archived, when and if there is a legal requirement for their retention beyond the data processing objective, i.e. one month for a video surveillance device, five years for payroll or employee data…

The right of access allows the person in question, to exercise further rights, such as details to be rectified or erased. They also have the right to view and transfer data, as well as to limit the act of process that has defined them and have, in certain cases, even the right to object to the process and obtain  the complete deletion of personal data.

The data subject shall have the right to obtain the rectification by email, of inaccurate personal data concerning him or her. The right to oppose, the right to be deleted: the access to the data (treatment, purpose, recipients, retention period) must be formalized by postal mail and  copy of proof of identity  should be enclosed. In parallel, subcontractors are informed of the requests received in order to apply these rights in the context of their process.
