Gender Equality Women/Men Index


Professional equality between women and men requires the mobilization of all and AZUR FRAGRANCES has long been committed to this approach.

Since January 1, 2019, French companies with more than 50 employees carry out an evaluation  every year in terms of gender equality in the workplace: the Gender Equality Women/Men Index.

The overall score of for the Gender Equality Women Men index for the reference period at AZUR FRAGRANCES, cannot be determined as one of the indicators is not calculable, even if the score of the other three is extremely positive (60 points out of 60).

A new calculation will be made for March 1st, 2021.
