Gender Equality Women/Men Index

Professional equality between women and men requires the mobilization of all and AZUR FRAGRANCES has long been committed to this approach.
Since January 1, 2019, French companies with more than 50 employees carry out an evaluation every year in terms of gender equality in the workplace: the Gender Equality Women/Men Index.

Built around 4 or 5 indicators (depending on the workforce) calculated out of a total of 100 points, the Index measures various data in terms of professional equality.
Below a threshold of 75 out of 100 points, the company is obligated to implement corrective measures within three years.

The overall score of the Gender Equality index for the reference period chosen at AZUR FRAGRANCES cannot be determined because one of the indicators cannot be calculated, even if the score of the other three is positive (45 points out of 60).
